Family Scrapbook at Ru's Vineyard

Every year my family gets together for a family scrapbook weekend. Ava is trying to sneak in using my nametag. I don't think we look that much alike.

Pigtails!

Today Ava's teacher put pigtails in her hair. The child that has spent so much of her life bald actually has enough hair for pigtails! You can't really tell from this photo, but she is playing tennis.

Happy Memorial Day!

Today we had a visit from the newly engaged couple, aunt Tracy (ta-cee) and Mark (marx). We had lunch and looked at pictures from the proposal at Stone Mtn. Oh, and apparently Tracy is on the verge of joining the LPGA.

Ava has a little parachute that she can throw in the air and catch...compliments of Sonic. It's fun for a little while.

Lazy Sunday

We were having a lazy Sunday when aunt Tracy stopped by. We went and had pizza and just hung out. Tracy was teaching Ava how to play the new playstation 3.

Different day, a different window

As the rains continue, we continue to watch the rain. We did manage to squeeze in a trip to Miss. State on Friday night for the last win of the season vs. LSU. Ava had a good time running through the Left Field Lounge.

Rain, Rain...Go Away!

Lately, it seems all it does is rain. The whole family just kind of gathers at the window and watches the rain fall. It has given Ava more time to hone her basketball skills.

We took Ava to the mall Saturday morning and let her play at the "park" at center court. It is pretty neat how it is set up and is definitely the closest thing to a playground until it stops raining!
