Our Leia

 This little one has been sooooo obsessed with Star Wars. She has been begging for a Princess Leia costume since Christmas. I finally found one that would fit. That wig is killing me!!

Future alternative rock star

 AK has been really into her music lately. She's even been writing her own lyrics--and they are actually really good. (she still doesn't like practicing her piano, though)

Christmas in Madison, AL

We had a fun trip to Mark and Tracy's house before Christmas. The boys and AK got to open presents early and we got to go to a train museum and Christmas trees by the lake downtown.

 

Ears

 AK has been wanting to get her ears pierced, so the Friday she got out of school for Christmas, we braved the mall and got them pierced. She was so excited and didn't even cry.

Making Christmas Cookies

 

 AK had so much fun making Christmas cookies this year. She did the whole process herself--including using the "big mixer". They turned out sooooo delish!
