Ava loves reading books...especially if the book is about her!

Ava's favorite toy at Grandpa and Gigi's house is a firetruck she can ride on. Here she is being pushed by grandpa. It also plays such hits as "I'm rough, I'm tough, I'm a rescue pup..."

She loves carrying and sitting on this turtle stool. I'm sure I did the same thing when I was her age. Somehow I doubt I was strong enough to carry it around, though.

"Go Dogs!" Ava enjoys cheering on her bulldogs while watching the basketball game in grandpa's lap.

Just hanging out with family after eating some hotdogs and french fries on game night.

Meeting Baby Elizabeth

This is Elizabeth Roi Woodward, my friend Amy's newest baby. We visited with them in Greenville on Saturday at her brother's house. Elizabeth is a little doll, but Ava wasn't real excited about mommy holding another baby.

Just playing some "fubol"! After watching football all day, Ava wanted to play. She definitely knows the difference between "fubol" and "b-bol" (basketball). Anytime we are watching a sport or highlights on TV she'll point and tell us what we are watching. All scores, no matter what the sport, are signalled with TOUCHDOWN!! Ellie and Emma aren't quite into football, but Ellie will always go after the frisbee. Ava has also learned some of her animal sounds from her new farm. Her favorite is mooooo.
