Here comes Peter Cottontail...

Dinner is always more fun with bunny ears! She wanted these at Kroger today...so I gave in. The florist there also gave her a pink balloon, so she was such the sight going up and down the aisles with her ears and balloon. It definitely made grocery shopping easier (not easy, but easier...nothing with her is easy).
What a captive audience for storytime.

Nashville visitors

We had weekend visitors. Michael's dad, sister Kathy, her fiance Wayne, and Ava's cousin Olivia came to Tupelo for 2 nights. We had fun hanging out and playing.
2 adorable little girls!
A rare smiling picture of our little angel

Pa cheering on the bulldogs from the comfort of Ava's chair. A win makes any chair comfortable!

MSU Basketball

One of Ava's favorite part of the games is finding "Bully". There he is! Jarvis "King of Swat" Varnado on Senior Day.
I know she doesn't look like she's having a good time, but that is because she is the most difficult child to photograph. She really does like going. Her favorite thing is doing the chicken dance...she's really cute doing it.

Sarah's baby shower

We went to Greenville for our cousin's baby shower. Here is Sarah opening Ava's gift to baby Sterlin.
Playing with the other girls outside gathering leaves. It was such a gorgeous day!

Vail

Michael and I went to Vail, CO in February for our annual ski trip. He's been there before, but it was my first time. We had a great time and can't wait to take our little Ava with us. I know she is going to love it! There were so many Europeans there. I felt we were the minorty as Americans.
It was cold and blizzardy the whole time we were there. We got like 32 inches of snow. My feet were frozen a good bit of the time...I'm defitnitely getting boot warmers next year!

Michael managed to make a new friend!
